John McPhillips To Help Lead Professionals at Advanced Disaster Recovery, Inc.

Orange County, N.Y. resident named General Manager of leading restoration contractor

May  16, 2022 (Kingston, N.Y.) – Advanced Disaster Recovery, Inc., a leading restoration contractor in the Northeast, has announced the addition of John McPhillips as General Manager. McPhillips joins the leadership team to help operate and oversee Reconstruction, Contents Cleaning, Estimating, Mitigation and Environmental departments across operations in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania.

After graduating from Iona College in 1980 with a Bachelor of Business Administration, McPhillips worked in Manhattan for more than 30 years as an Area Manager in the Business Services Industry. His experience includes managing back-office operations for some of the largest law firms and corporations in the New York Tri-state area. More recently, McPhillips served as Chief Administrative Officer for a restoration company where he was responsible for financial performance, growth strategies and operational excellence.

Among McPhillips’ duties is to manage operations for Advanced Disaster Recovery, Inc’s entities including A. Molly Company. He will manage the team from the Fairfield, NJ office and oversee delivery of all services in that market.
