Originally known as Hudson Valley DKI, we rebranded in 2020 to reflect our expanding services and mission. Our growth has been fueled by strategic partnerships with industry-leading restoration and environmental service companies, enhancing our ability to serve residential and commercial clients with excellence.

Key Acquisitions & Expansions:

2020 – Merged with A. Molly Company, a full-service environmental, construction, and restoration firm based in New Jersey, strengthening our expertise in large-loss restoration and environmental services.
2021 – Acquired AstroCare Fire and Water Restoration, bringing decades of experience in fire and water damage restoration, pack-out and storage, smoke and odor removal, water extraction, drying, mold remediation, and structural repairs.ge-loss restoration and environmental services.
2022 – Expanded into Pennsylvania with Service1st Restoration, a trusted disaster recovery provider in Central PA.
2022 – Grew our Connecticut presence by acquiring First General Services of Hartford to better serve the Greater Hartford area.
2022 – Enhanced our environmental remediation services with Branch Restoration, Inc., a New York City based leader in asbestos and lead removal.
2023 – Acquired Zott Construction, a New York based firm with extensive expertise in insurance restoration, large-loss reconstruction, and structural repairs. This addition significantly strengthens our reconstruction and rebuilding capabilities.
2023 – Welcomed Tri-State Contents, a leading provider of contents cleaning and restoration. This acquisition expands our ability to restore personal and commercial belongings affected by fire, smoke, water, and mold damage.
2024 – Expanded into the Lehigh Valley and Scranton areas strengthening our presence in Pennsylvania and enhancing our ability to serve more communities with disaster recovery services.
